My experience will speak to the doctor's treatment of the patient. I will say with the others that staff and workers were great.... the doctor was arrogant and said they did not do the surgery of a patch to fix a hole in the ear. He did not have me have an audiologist do a hearing test and was very dissatisfied with this provider. He told me it was a hole that would heal and now a couple months later, I have a hearing loss of 40%.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Three of our girls have had tonsilectomies and he was the best. I have had a UPPP and it worked well. Two of our girls have had to have plastic surgery on their face. Cannot see a scar.
