Trying to talk to this doctor is like talking to a wall as he just wanted to dope up my son on meds and when I told him that two of his other doctors were concern with his weight. He had the nerve to tell me, "Why don't you just let me do my job!" I did not like that one bet and let me tell him that this is my son and I don't want him on all the meds. Time to found a new doctor and besides that the secretary was rude to me when I called to explain the weight thing. She had told me as advice me that the doctor was very ill and don't know if he is returning at that time. I told her ok, but what am I supposed to do. She had advised me to go somewhere else or talk to his regular doctor if she is concern about his weight to change his meds. My son's two other doctors are not allowed to change his meds and does not have the power to change them as his psychiatrist wrote them up r him. I told that to the secretary and she says, "Will you can't see anyone else here for these doctors!" I told her will they have to allow him to see another doctor if his doctor isn't coming back and to give permission with Edwards for his meds. I talked to the office manager as well and she was even ruder to me as telling me you need to go else where as our other docs are filled and no one takes Medicaid here except Edwards, which I knew was a lie as his insurance told me they all take it or I wouldn't been going to that office.
