Most likely, the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. I am a 52 year- old confident, attractive, open, empathetic, and bright woman, but the overall experience I had was disturbing. It appeared to be ALL about $$$$...."products" and Hustling me through the visit in order to get More Money !! Besides that, every staff member, including doctor Russell, is (very) overweight, to put it nicely. I was even charged for a urinalysis that I was told i "Needed" (but, of course, i wasn't told that would ALSO cost). Being diagnosed w uterine cancer in Feb 2016, & having gone through a hysterectomy in June, along w/ having quite alot of stress, I was (hoping ?) for some alternative answers and abit of Empathy, & Empowerment. None of which I received. I Realized to Trust MY Instincts, and NOT Trust people & Staff who cannot even look me in the eye, because of their own LACK of Integrity, Character, and (Self) Confidence. My Gynecologic Oncologist seems to be a better example of health and professionalism.

If you want to fund someone's husband's gambling problem then Nancy Russell is for you. If you can get a fibromyalgia diagnosis and have enough money then you are guaranteed disability because she knows the crooked lawyers that can do it, but if you don't have the money then you can go live on the street for all she cares and you will be fired as a patient. She will talk about you behind your back to whom ever knows your name and blame you for your problems and she doesn't deal with insurance companies. Wonder why? Can you say: "cash business is a good way to hide money from Uncle Sam?"
