I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. When I went back to the room to wait for the doctor, I was a little nervous having recently changed from a previous doctor whom I was completely dissatisfied with their service. However, my anxiety quickly faded away as I took notice of the many awards Dr. Mallouk had received for being named Top Doctor. He was very friendly and appeared genuinely interested in whether or not I had any health concerns. I immediately told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with Dr. Mallouk. Both the doctor and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Dr. Mallouk, the office, and medical staff are among one of the two best primary care doctors and offices I have ever visited.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
He is very sweet and gentle!
