They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
