They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Their staff is rude and abrupt with little care for the patients needs or concerns. We changed doctores and are sure glad we did!

I am completely impressed with this doctor and his staff, which in my world is difficult to do. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. One of the most important things to me is taking time to discuss thoroughly what is ailing or concerning me, and not feeling rushed and blown off. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
