By far the friendliest and most efficient dental office I've been to. You never wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room if you're on time for your appointment. Dr. Alatorre and her staff are genuinely nice people and it comes across when talking with any of them. I'm almost phobic of the dentist because of some really bad ones I've been to and I actually don't hate going to the dentist since I switched.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. Whenever I've heard other dentists talk about them it was obvious they weren't respected. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
