RUN!!!! Red flags went off during my first visit last year when the receptionist dropped at least a dozen F-bombs talking to her colleague. I had to get up and tell her if she didn't stop cussing I was going to walk out. In hindsight I wished I had obeyed my red flag warning system. The dentist dragged out my filling treatment over 5 visits when 2 would have been plenty. I guess he gets paid more to drag it out and charge more than double the novocaine. Two of the fillings crumbled and he fixed the first but refused to repair the last one that fell apart. I had to go elsewhere to get any help. I thought I would give him one last chance, but they left me sit in the chair for AN HOUR without coming back to take x-rays or do anything. AWFUL!!!!. I would give 0 stars if I could. Thinking I will report to the Dental Association.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. The dental hygenist made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They always call or e-mail prior to an appointment, so that you are reminded of the time.
