I tried to look past all the negatives I heard about this place. Recently had work done and they let me know that they would "bill me". They have sent a bill and I have been paying on it monthly and I have not missed paying them once. The receptionist calls my wife and tells her that if she does not pay the balance in full by Thursday (today is Monday), that they would turn our account over to collections. Keep in mind that we have been going here for some time, payed the same way, and never had this problem. This place is overpriced. I do not recommend going there. Plenty of dentists around here.

The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
