I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
