I'd like to give Zero Stars, but I'll give one for the Hygienists as they are great. Dental Hygienists are great, however the receptionist or person there is very rude. They use to have someone there that was great, but the person there now just shows that they are not there to help or work with you. I was going to this specific hygienist since I was very young and several generations in my family were going to them. However, I was willing and ready to pay my full balance prior to any next appointments but because of how the receptionist was towards me it really made me no longer want to go to that dentist. I have now found a great dentist whom is actually willing to waive any fees for Xrays because the system this dentist used isn't really compatible with there system. So if a dentist can waive certain fees if my insurance won't cover it, why couldn't a dentist that I have gone to for my whole life work with me a little more since I've always paid all my balances in full. I get that with a business you need to have guidelines but many businesses when you have longevity with them and a good payment history work with you a lot more. I was even willing to give them a card to deduct the payments from each month, but they don't have the technology to do this. Just time to move to a dentist that has better technology and appears to be able to work with you better.
