They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time.
