They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

Many years ago, the he did a very poor job using a palate expander on one of my children. Now, decades later, this child is going to need restorative work to correct chronic problems that are directly related to his inexpertise.
