I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.

I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted 2 weeks ago by Dr. Dhaliwal. CHOOSE ANOTHER SURGEON!! He ignored my complaints, the staff is ignorant, and I left with more questions than I came in with. Google has been my best friend. I developed dry socket. I had to go back THREE TIMES to get them to 'cure' it. Had I just seen Dr. Curran the first time, I wouldn't have had the number of problems I have now. Oh and now my socket is infected due to Dr. Dhaliwal's lack of concern. This has been the WORST experience of my life and I once did a 30 hour labor.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I
