I should have read reviews before going. This is a store front dental office. I go in for the first time and one of the office workers turns her nose up at me and completely ignores me for several min utes while not doing anything else. A technician notices me and asks the office worker if she is going to address me. The office worker proceeds to speak to me through the technician which I can see makes the technician uneasy. So I go back for my exam. I have a male dentist who is incredibly cold and stays in the room for about 5 minutes all while giving me bad news leaving the rest to the dental assistant. When I come out, a different office worker is nice and helps me get out of there. I have to call for followup business the next day in the evening because they didn't do something they were supposed to do. Again, the office worker is rude. She says she knows my request was done, she saw it herself. She isn't going to double check right now, call back in the morning. Thank goodness the business was taken care of the next day and I didn't have to make another excruciating call to this office and deal with this worker. AWEFUL!!! If I didn't have to deal with her, I might have stayed. As a consumer, I don't have to put up with someones uncalled for rudeness and laziness.
