They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. One Mexican worker was very friendly, the fat Mexican girl was friendly to the first two spanish speaking patients before me, but rolled her eyes when I spoke english. High prices, and unwilling to look up what my insurance would pay. Dr was very friendly, I saw a blood spot on the plastic covering the light handle. Made me very nervous, they changed their gloves and touched the used plastic handle cover, forcing me to ask them to change the plastic cover then they went to reach in my mouth after changing it but didnt change their gloves and had touched some tools, I then had to point this out. With the amount of unvaccinated illegal immigrants, sanitary conditions should be of the utmost importance.
