I was very pleasantly surprised by the dentist and his staff. Having recently moved to Providence Forge from Williamsburg I assumed I was giving up all the professionalism of the city.

I had scheduled to have my initial consultation done but when the hygenist found out I had taken the day off work for this appointment, she worked in my cleaning as well, saving me from having to take another day off work. She was extremely knowledgable and a joy to listen to. She noticed the bone I have in my lower jaw and was the first person I have ever been to who was able take bitewing xrays that did not tear the skin on the inside of my lower jaw.

They have very good equipment. I was impressed with the camera the dentist used to take individual pictures of my teeth so I could see on a screen what he saw and was better able to understand what his plan of action was. The panoramic xray machine was easy to deal with without any discomfort.

I am very happy to have decided to go to a dentist close to home rather than trying someone in Richmond near my work. I am certain I received much more personal attention here than I would have in the big city.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
