The dentist and staff are fine nothing to worry about in that department. On the other hand be prepared that several years down the line to receive collection calls for bills that never were sent out for services that did not happen mixed in with services that did. The business side of this practice is horrible. I have never seen a place so behind on contacting patients for things that insurance did not fully cover. Highly recommend not visiting this office even though the dentistry is up to par.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The NEGATIVE SIDE: We had asked them not to do things that the insurance would not cover. They did and I think the charges were excessive. They turned our account over to collections who after the first payment took my check information and started drawing out money with out my authorization. The collection aqency was very threatening and had a real bad attitude.
