Very pleased with Dr. Lam and his office staff. I am always treated professionally, my appointments are always on time, and I am always called a day or two before my appointment for a reminder.

I never feel pressured in the office and always feel comfortable. Dr. Lam is a conservative dentist -- meaning that he doesn't believe in or recommend other than necessary services. I was given the opportunity to change my metal fillings to white ones, but this done as a courtesy and not forced on me in any way.

The office itself is in an older condo-style building on the second floor. While it's clean and comfortable, I think they could do with changing some light fixtures and burned-out bulbs and cleaning up some apparently some unneeded cables protruding through the ceilings. Perhaps a coat of paint, too?

Parking is easy and convenient, but one must navigate a long set of stairs to reach the second-floor office suite. There may be an elevator somewhere, but I have not seen it, so call to verify handicap access if this may be needed.

Dr. Lam's office accepts my insurance (Kaiser) and there is no paperwork for me. I simply pay the small co-pay with a credit card and we are on our way.

Everyone in the office is professional, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. The office doesn't smell like ether as do some other dentist offices.

We've been customers for many years and, although we don't exactly look forward to visiting the dentist, our visits are pleasant, pain free, and efficient.

You will be well treated and served in Dr. Lam's offices!

He is not only professional but kind and practical. Doesn't push services. His staff is really friendly too! At his Herndon office, there is a long staircase to climb--fine for me but I like him so much, I wish my sister could go there--but she is disabled and can't take the stairs.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
