We were military and newly arrived. My daughter already had braces on from previous orthodontist. We called Ms. Fulton's office an inquired if they were accepting new patients. They were. My daughter had to wait for additional adult teeth to come in, but in the meantime, my insurance was billed for initial eval and a new wire. A few weeks later, some of her brackets fell off. When I called for an appointment to fix them, I was told I wasn't a patient. Really? Then why was my insurance billed? They finally took her in and fixed her brackets but made sure we understood this wasn't their norm, since we weren't yet under 'contract' with them. I also discovered, to my horror, that Dr. Fulton makes no bones about being a member of The United Daughters Of the Confederacy. Ah. NOW I understand why my daughter felt so uncomfortable and begged me to never return. Funny how kids sense the ugly long before we have our eyes opened. I'll fly to the state where my daughter's previous ortho was before I ever return to this office!!

This place is horrible. It seems like they are constantly changing staff and don't communicate with me at all. I get conflicting reports between the front desk and the people actually performing the work on my son. We've had as many as 5 brackets fall off at once within an hour of leaving the office; uncalled for and they wouldn't fix it when we came back. Heck, they didn't even want to take the loose brackets off when I went back they just want to leave them there spinning for 3 days until they could squeeze my son into their schedule. Contrary to what they TELL you on the phone, they DO NOT offer afternoon appointments for school aged kids and every appointment they offer will likely cut into your school day. Just skip them.
