I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. My 9 year old daughter broke her front tooth off during a bad storm. Dr Adams and Carla were amazingly sweet and gentle! They came in when the office was closed, treated my very sad daughter with great compassion and care! Truly a wonderful experience.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
