David and Rebecca's business is a poster child for excellence. I think Darden could write a case study on service excellence. One arrives and is immediately shown to a treatment room with a team member, generally the hygenist, and made comfortable. I have been a dozen times and never had more than a three minute wait--often no wait. Every need and care is taken care of and explained. The dentist (either David or Rebecca) takes every care to make you feel if your visit is the only thing on their mind all week and never gives you the impression they are rushed. Timid patients like me are made to feel safe. The work is of course excellent. A+

I have been to both Dr. David and Dr. Rebecca Swett and they were both wonderful. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available to answer any additional questions. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I have been to many offices where I end up waiting a long time for my appointment but they always seem to run on schedule. They are so warm and professional, and that gives a lot of comfort when you are sitting in a dental chair. I also had cosmetic work by Dr. Rebecca and I LOVE the results! She found the most cost effective way to give me the teeth I always wanted!
