I had just moved to Mt. Vernon the day before and woke up in the morning in a great deal of pain and noticed that my face had swelled up. I looked for a doctor and no one had office hours on a weekend I called Doc Ray and he said he could see me that night. I ended up having a massive infection in an older root canal. I am always grateful for the level of service that they provide. He is the only Dentist for me and I have been seeing him for over 5 years.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
