One mishap after another in the past year. Hygenist messed up Xrays and daughter had to return to office. Dr. Coleman's associate an Asian gentleman messed up my husband's dental work the first time, so he had to return to office. I asked for my son's dental records to be sent to a new dentist that used sedation, only to find, they only sent part of the records, so you guessed it, we had to go back again. DR. Coleman ordered a biopsy of my mouth, and couldnt read results! Instead she told receptionist to call me and tell me to find an ondologist and oral surgeon. (This was horrifying to me because I had just had cancer surgery) SInce she wasnt competant to give me results I was fortunate enought to reach the lab itself in NY and was told "I was just fine!". It was horrendous. She then tried to fill my two teeth and hit a blood vessel, guess what, she wanted me to come back again after the pain stopped! Ha ha. No way! I then took my records home. My husband and 2 daughters still had appts remaining for cleanings. They went to appts and were told that Dr. Coleman cancelled them! She ASSUMED they werent coming because I took my records at my appt! I requested their dental records at the last appt. DEC 19th and she blew me off again. They have not sent them yet. So yes, you guessed it, we must drive there and get records. Oh, and I went to new dentist who said after examing me that I didnt need 2 teeth filled as Coleman had said! Well too late for that as she had already filled one. It was a terrible experience and I hope nobody else will have to go through this.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable staff. Everyone in the office is super friendly. My daughter receives excellent care.
