THIS LOCATION IS THE MOST HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES NEVER RENDERED TO ME. AND, I'VE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THE OFFICE MANAGER AS SHE HAS CLAIMED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THEY ARE WORKING TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD.

This was my worst experience at a doctors office ever!! Sugar Land, TX is known for outstanding people and service, I don't see how this office is still in operation! I was and still in extreme pain. I took off work early in arrive 20 minutes early for my appointment since I'm a new patient. The woman at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I had an appointment. She then had her 11 or 12-year-old daughter scan my ID and insurance card after we're having me wait for 10 minutes. "I can see having your kid with you at work on it when you don't have a babysitter bc I'm a mother as well, but they should not be handling confidential patient information" I filled out my paperwork and was automatically given an application for care credit as they assumed I was broke. I kindly told the woman I will not be needing a care credit application, however I have insurance and will pay cash for whatever I need to "again she looked at me like I was crazy" the woman call me back was very nice. The office was filthy! I used be a dental assistant and could never work in the a that looked like this ones does. I was then taken back to a beat up room with holes in the wall and the equipment looked broken. The walls are dirty. The assistant that took me back was very short with me. The doctor there was very sensitive and sweet! I had to use the bathroom and they told me to go out front in the bathroom was covered in feces ! Then they had a man dressed in regular clothes and looked like he didn't know what he was doing! come tell me what type of treatment I needed! He way overpriced the crown that I needed. I did like the fact that the doctor admitted that I did need to see a specialist for my root canal, rather than trying to fix it knowing that they can't. What's sad is that this place primarily takes Medicaid and that's why they get away with running things as they do as if the children that were in there don't deserve to be treated better. I have Delta Dental and will be reporting them. The finale was when I tried to go get my prescriptions from my pharmacy and they sent them to the long Walgreens hour away from my house, I clearly gave the person my pharmacy phone number! My pain level is a 20! So I wasted two hours of waiting for them in another three hours to try and get my prescriptions! What call me office I spoke with Amanda told me that the woman who saw me didn't have her Texas DEA number yet. That's understandable if she just moved here, I'm a nurse and worked with plenty of doctors that come from out-of-state I get it! But he clearly told me he could not do anything because they called it in under Dr. Sullivan's name and she already left plus it's a Friday! He then said he called the pharmacy that they called it into which was the wrong location and left them a voicemail to send it to the right pharmacy without verbally speaking with a pharmacist! So now I'm left in pain all weekend and this is the worst experience of my life! Don't go there ever!!!!! They get no star rating!
