They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Lady at front desk did little to verify my PPO coverge, telling me my treatment wasn't covered. I did my own research to get my questions answered. I was in fact, covered. Lady at desk told me it was I who said I wasn't covered & they don't deal w/ insurance; I'm supposed to pay upfront & deal with the PPO for reimbursement. No previous provider ever did that to me. Their staff was very friendly, except for her, They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building. Internet address took me to his home. I eventually found it, but arrived too late to get any more than an x-ray. I paid for the x-ray; however, it served no purpose when my old dentist offered to treat me for free. The rest of the staff I would be happy to go back, if I didn't have to stress dealing w/ the unaccomodating front office help.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
