They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Although we got in quickly everything was in disarray. They couldn't get the xrays right and had to do them a couple of times. They couldn't quote pricing on my dental needs. They were short staffed making things difficult. Based on this 1 visit I would NOT recommend this dentist and we will not be returning.

Their staff was not friendly, I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. They could have done a much better job cleaning their dental equipment. It wasn't too filthy but it wasn't very clean either. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another person to charge to them. They talked amongst them selves about other patients and other staff while working on me.

Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored
