I set up my appointment a month ago in the clinic and gave them my insurance at the time I set it up. They told me they accepted my insurance and that all I had to do was bring my card to my appointment. I showed up for my appointment, and they told me that they have not accepted that insurance in a year. I waited a month to get seen by a dentist, and they failed to tell me that I would not be able to get in.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. i was refused service because i had no money, even though there paper work specifically states they will not refuse anyone because you cant pay. the receptionist amanda pretty much told my sister and i to leave and when i called she hung up on me twice and transfered my third call to a fax machine and then i was contacted by a "coordinator" who did not listen to a word i said and had no idea that everything in their paper work they did not honor it and had no clue as to what the paper work we are required to fill out even states, nor remotely cares. i requested my file in which i had to sign a consent form which is attached to the paperwork required to be filled out and how conveniently the consent form isnt there. i paid my $30.00 and they filed with my insurance for me to NOT be seen by the dentist. i drove over 2 hours to be told to leave 2 minutes before the dentist was going to pull my tooth in which he himself said its gotta come out. i will never recommend La Esperanza Clinic to anyone ever.
