The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
