DR. CHARLES I. WILLIAMS, SR. IS A 4 TIME SUSPENDED DENTIST by the Texas State Board of Dentistry (from 1983 until 2015), for drug use (Demerol and Hydrocodone) while practicing dentistry. He was my dentist for 30 years and I never knew this about him, until his final work on me. He gave me 12 implants in 2013 and only 4 could be attached. Texas A&M confirmed this, yet he still claimed he could and stilled billed me. HE IS A TOTAL LIAR! I won my case with the Texas State Board of Dentistry for what he did to me. He had to pay back everything I had already paid him and they made him stop billing me for $25,000 on a botched implant job. He also had to pay the Board - BUT THEY CONTINUE TO LET HIM PRACTICE DENTISTRY PEOPLE. BEWARE - Dr. Williams looks and talks mild and kind, having a caring face with his chair side manners, but he is a devious and pathological liar; as smooth as Satan he is. In hindsight, I now understand all that he did to me during those 30 years. NEVER LET THIS ADDICT TOUCH YOU.

Charles I Williams DDS has been suspended three times for drug abuse. Once in 80's, in 2014, and in 2016. The first two were for demerol addiction. Be sure he will find something wrong with your teeth and don't be surprised if you need a couple of root canals. I trusted him for years but I was a fool because 13 root canals later I had to have all my teeth pulled because of the pain. He pulled them and placed 12 implants. He put off and put off connecting the implants and even uncovering them out of the gums. Finally two months after the last implants were put in he had finally connected six out of the 12. He refused to connect the last six saying I would have to pay the bill in full and then he would finish the work. I went straight to Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry to see what he had done. They said 6 implants that he refused to connect until I paid the bill could NEVER be connected. They said it looked like a drunk had put them in my head. The X-ray of all of the implants showed a complete disaster. They said it looked like maybe he had had a weekend course and decided he had had enough experience. Don't walk away from this guy - RUN! He is the greatest con man I have EVER known in my life.
