I was a dental hygienist for 17 years but did not tell staff when i made appointment. I see a dentist every 6 months and since i had insurance decided to use plan to see this dentist. I didn’t need xrays as i had them 6 months before going here and informed them and was told would not be getting exam by dentist. I agreed but i I thought maybe he he would poke head in and introduce himself, maybe even give me oral cancer exam....NOPE. Hygienist didn’t even scale ever tooth, but the real kicker is you make next appointment 6 months in advance. Now you would think they would send reminder a few weeks in advance like other offices do, but no, how about a call the day before. Ridiculous!

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
