I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
