Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
