The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
