Ever since they changed office managers, I always have to call this Dentist's office to confirm my appointment time. I called to confirm my appointment and was told by the new office manager that I was not on the schedule for today but she could 'fit me in'. I found my appointment reminder, which she filled out, with the date and time and I informed her of this but she didn't seem to care. She has also been rude to me when I have been to the office. Dr Alvarado is great but customer service has really gone down hill since RC left.
