Has been my dentists for over 20yrs haven't been to see him in bout 4 yrs I have moved 2hours away but am making an appointment with his office in morning. These denist around here don't take care of patients and they want to go through all this rigamaroll to do anything. I need a tooth filled or pulled they wanted to tell me I had to have deep cleaning first and a bridge put in & all my teeth that have fillings refilled and then told me with my insurance and mind u I have very very good insurance that it was gonna cost me over $7,000.. So yeah I will make the 2 hour drive to see Dr. Tom he is nice and they r good in his office plus he knows my history with everything I've had done.

Dr. Anderson was my Dentist, growing up. He always did a great job and helped me to not be nervous. I have lived out of town for over ten years. I've been to three different dentist, in that time.

I had a root canal done, 8 years ago. That tooth had been abcessed, off and on, for over 5 years. Recently it became abcessed again and has affected my health. I finally decided that it was time to get it pulled. I called around to a few offices and explained about my tooth and that I would need an extraction and got a few rates. After getting a few rates and checking ratings, I went to a new Dentist office, in Kaufman, for my initial exam. For some reason, after the Dentist examined me, she explained that she did not do extractions and I would have to go to their office in Mesquite. They had not told me this when I called and clearly stated that I needed an extraction. They even gave me the rate for the extraction. So she gave me the name and number to "The Mesquite office", for my extraction. When I called to make the appointment for the actual extraction, they told me that I would be need an initial exam first and that would be another $100, then the extraction would be $135-$400. I explained that I just paid for the initial exam, with their office in Kaufman and I can't afford to pay another fee for a second initial exam. They then told me that they were not the same company. I was very upset, because I had done everything right by calling and getting all of the fees, only to feel completely mislead by the office in Kaufman.

I called Dr. Andersons office and explained everything that had just happened and that I still need to have my tooth extracted. They were so amazing! Even though I hadn't been there in over ten years, they told me they would not charge me another initial exam. It was such a blessing. I went in, today and had my tooth extracted. They did a new x-ray and didn't charge me for that. Dr. Anderson and his assistant are amazing! They made me feel completely at ease and talked me through everything as it was being done. I am so thankful for them! I will definately be going back, from now on.
