The worst you can imagine. The billing people constantly pad the bill so you pay the amount they say and so does your insurance and then they bill you $400-1500 MORE. Forget about dealing with these people. My insurance paid and I paid and when they owe you money you will fight for a year to even get part of the money that is rightfully yours. This organization will wear you down and never respond to your calls about bills having additions after the fact and of which you did not receive. The Dentist claims you have a cavity and yet nothing shows on the x-rays and you have no tenderness.. I found it to be run very unprofessionally. Many people I have spoken with have the shared experiences I speak of. RUN AWAY from this group!

We had some heavy rainfall during the early morning hours and apparently parts of Houston sustained some high water. I had an appointment for a routine visit scheduled since last month for 10:30am this morning. When I arrived at the location in Humble, the office was dark and the doors were locked even though the office hours on the door said they open at 8am. I called the office number and someone answered and advised me that they were closed due to inclement weather. I told her that a courtesy phone call, text or automated message would have been appreciated so I didn't drive all that way for NOTHING. She argued and talked over me saying that the mayor was on TV advising everyone to stay home today, blah, blah, blah and that their systems were down. Well, some of us are too busy in the morning to sit around and watch TV. Furthermore, many of my friends who were home and watching the news this morning told me that the mayor did NOT come on TV to make any such statement so if she lied about that, did she also li about their system being down? IF I cancel my appointment, they expect a 24 hour notice, YET its okay for THEM to not open their office and NOT inform their patients of an office closure. I'll be looking for a new dentist.
