Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. The staff are always very careful and gentle, as well as Dr. Ficken. I have a phobia of dentists, and Dr. Ficken was able to put me at ease. I know that I am always getting the real facts about my teeth, not just a quick fix that will cost me a lot of money and may not even be necessary. Dr. Ficken always spends the time to make sure that I fully understand what he is doing. He is skilled and knows when to give a referral for specialized work. He also coordinates with specialists so that I have someone who advocates for me and follows up on my dental treatments and health.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
