They provide great service and are very friendly. ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT. They provide no information on their website or on their phone concerning what to do if their patients have an emergency with their orthodontics--something that needs immediate attention. What if you need help on Friday-when they are closed?

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
