Superior! Can't believe I had a root canal! Was a bit apprehensive - after all, who wants a root canal. And no one ever says it's going to be a party. But absolutely every aspect of my treatment and care was explained to me in detail. Dr. Bonner was patient, kind, efficient, and I swear I did not feel a thing - not even the needle going in. He has a very gentle touch and a very reassuring manner. In fact, I was so comfortable that I dozed in the chair. I can not sing enough praise for the entire Bonner organization. The staff was particularly wonderful - smiling, reassuring, helpful, gentle and very very kind. I would not go to any other endodontist. By the way, my husband is a physician (I managed his office for 18 years) and my brother is an oral surgeon so I feel I am a good judge of standards of good care in a professional office setting..

The staff was great, Dr. Bonner was not. He was rude with a very short fuse to his temper. I did not have the information I needed prior to an appointment for a root canal. I have allergies and am claustrophobic. No information was given as to the actual procedure. I would never go back to him and I would advise anyone that has any discomfort with dentist go elsewhere. You will not get a nice person with a good bedside manner. You will get a rude, ego driven short tempered man
