Never made it in to see the Dentist for my broken Cap, I made an appoint as a new patient, Scheduled - got an appoint for 3 days later, arrived for the appointment they had no record of my appointment but not to worry the Dentist could see me anyway, The wait would be right away! Joy! They were a little curt but heck they could see me anyway. I filled out their paper work - all of my history and their statements that say that I am responsible for all costs not covered (Even though they are a medicare provider) and that I am responsible for ensuring myself that their procedures are covered! Waited 2 hours, to be told that there are 2 people still ahead of me! I left!
After going from one bad dentist office and then many others that could not help me i was told to see Dr. Gonzales at Lovett Dental. Mind you I was very scared, and unsatified with my last dentist I wasnt feeling it at all. When I got there on and emergency visit i filled out paperwork and the staff was very nice that it eased my comfort level alot. I waited a whole 8 minutes and then was called to the back. Seeing that i was in so much pain and saw the severity of my tooth he was thoughtful to explain to me all that was wrong and suggest we wait a week. He sent me home with medications to take and was very nice...u can tell that he cares. Way more then what Dr. Morin did for me at the dental clinic never in my life am i going back there. Today I was sent a text to remind me of my appt. and i have never been happier. On my way back to Lovett to see Dr. Gonzales and get this tooth pulled . Gosh have i never been so excited to go to the dentist in my life.......:)
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Had issues with insurance and it took over 3 months to get payment because they hadn't sent xrays to insurance company. Had to go in several times to get them sent. Told me my insurance would pay 100% then had to pay half of the fees.
