Had to go in for root canals. Prices were deceiving. Said root canal with crown was $2500. Actual price was more, it was root canal, plus a separate charge for the crown about $2500.00 + ( about the same price as the root canal by itself). Never heard of that before, usually they are rolled into one price. Now we have only half the work done. Also all the work was suppose to be done on the same day, but was done over several weeks. They definitely do not listen. When they failed to do a proper root canal on two of the teeth, they said they would do it, along with the crowns promised. The root canals were done, but the promise of the crowns never materialized. The promises and the actual work were vastly different. Within two months one of the fillings started to fall out. Now we are making payments on the root canals through Care Credit and will have to wait to find another dentist to put on the crowns orginally promised. The only reason we didn't leave right away, we didn't know about the root canal/crown problem until after we spent our maximum on the Care Credit Card (which has at least a 19.5% interest rate) (which they charged the whole amount up front) and they tried to charge us more, since they went over the amount without telling us. The office payment plan does not exist, although they tell you there is one. Beware of the financial quotes from this office.
