I got new dentures here a month ago and I am very pleased with the fit and especially the low cost. The office was very functional and well-organized. Rosa or Rosie was fairly hostile & I have no idea why but she was efficient and seemed to be managing the office well although they only returned my call when I made the initial appointment and did not when I left a message after that to ask a question. Everyone else in the office was very friendly. They got me in and out of there in just a few hours. For the price, I can do without a lot of hand-holding, so I recommend them without hesitation.
I have been trying to reach this office sense 9:45 am by calling nonstop - it is now 10:40, almost an hour and still a recording. The message states they may not always answer every call because their staff is limited. They need to change that message to "they seldom answer any calls because their staff is limited" How very unprofessional. What if I needed help after an implant - I'm going to take this a step further and find out if I can report them to someone. I you are a healthcare provider you need to be able to asnwer the phone at some point.
