They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I had several questions, but they didn't all get answered. I could have definitely used more information. They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. However the staff was so friendly I couldn't understand how the dentist could be so rude to the assistants right in front of me and she was even rude to the sweet office lady who was so friendly. This is why I will never go back here. I refuse to spend money at that office when the doctor was such a B... To her staff
