Catherine Mentesana, DDS, is a cosmetic and implant dentist bringing more than a decade of experience in oral health care to All Smiles Dentistry, serving adults and teens living in and around Allen, Texas, and throughout Collin County.

Dr. Mentesana was born and raised in Mesquite, Texas, and graduated from Poteet High School. She began her professional education at the University of Texas Arlington where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biology. During her time in Arlington, Dr. Mentesana was a member of the Medical Dental Preparatory Association and the Tri Delta women’s sorority.

Following graduation, Dr. Mentesana enrolled at the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Before entering private practice, she completed a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and received certification through Allergan to administer Botox® treatments for TMJ.

When Dr. Mentesana isn’t meeting with patients or developing custom treatment plans, she enjoys spending time with her husband, James, and their daughters. In her free time, Dr. Mentesana likes to read, spend time at the lake, and sunbathe with friends. She welcomes anyone seeking improved oral health to All Smiles Dentistry today.
