I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. All the equipment at this office seems fairly current and safe. It's definitely not top-of-the-line though. I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being.
I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
