Dr. Johns is always in a hurry to see his next patient in another room, so he does not always finish the procedure: He left cured cement on my crown which I had to remove (painfully) myself at home, or pay another $10.00 to return to his office to have him fix it. He should have paid the $10.00, because it was his mistake, but said the insurance said I had to pay. On another visit, he referred me to an oral surgeon to have a perfectly good wisdom tooth removed because, I believe, he was in too much of a hurry to fix the cavity in the tooth in front of the wisdom tooth.. I have been going to him for years but lately, he seems to be more in rush to see more, and more patients with negative results. He has a great office staff, but I'm afraid I am now looking for another dentist who takes his time and does it right.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
