They provided excellent, personalized care. They went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable, the waiting area is exceptionally nice! The office was very clean and smelled good, as was the bathroom. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent gum disease and taught the kids how to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine seriously. They ask how our grown kids are doing now that they've moved away. Excellent famly dentist!

The dental cleanings are thorough but gentle, never rushed. The dental care is professional and patient, and all questions are thoroughly answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They do an excellent job with children! The clinic itself is beautiful, comfortable, there is even a little cafe there with a Keurig coffee machine and sugar-free drinks for people in the waiting area. My family has been going to Dr. Moore at Quality Dental for several years now, and we are very happy to have found them.
