I have gone to this dentist for years. Over the past year my dental experience with Banyas and Miranda's staff have gotten worse. It seems difficult to get an appointment and even more difficult for emegencies. I take real concern and offense when the paying customer is treated rudely by the dentist's office personnel. If I have a billing question I tend to call my insurance provider before calling Beth as she lacks customer service qualities vital in the future of any business. The staff have gone as far as complaning to customers of their disatisfactions with their Christmas luncheaon and "cheap" bonuses which is totally unneccesary.
