There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.
